- Situated within the Lake District National Park, our lodges are just a short distance from Derwentwater, Bassenthwaite Lake, and the Whinlatter Pass. Wake up to peaceful countryside and breathtaking fells.
- Choose from two types of lodges, our standard lodge and lodge plus. Both sleep up to 4, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with TV, high speed wi-fi and a decked patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee with incredible views.
- Whether you're travelling with family or friends, our lodges offer roomy and flexible living space. The standard lodge has a double and a twin bedroom, while the lodge plus boasts a bigger living space, an en-suite and family bathroom for extra comfort.
- You’ll also have access to our site’s facilities, including a children’s play area, bike servicing point and shop.
Things to do nearby
- Explore Whinlatter Pass, Grisedale Pike, and other nearby trails right from the site.
- Hire a boat on Derwentwater or spend a day by Bassenthwaite Lake — ideal for nature lovers and bird watchers.
- Try Go Ape in Whinlatter Forest or take a scenic ride through the forest’s cycle trails.
- Visit Keswick for its independent shops, cafés, and pubs. Or why not visit the Lakes Distillery for a unique tasting experience.
Worth noting
- Check-in from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- The nearest bus stop is just outside the site entrance and parking is available next to your lodge.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in lodges; please check in advance for any restrictions.
- Bed linens, towels, tea towels and a welcome pack are included in the stay.
