Best for

Walkers, cyclists, families, culture vultures

Adjacent to the pleasant country park it’s named after, Delamont Country Park Club Site is a relaxing, rural retreat perfect for couples, families, or solo campers. The site is close to the stunning shoreline at Strangford and Lecale, the magnificent mountains of Mourne, and the gentle green countryside of the surrounding fields.

Idyllic place

This tree-lined site offers super service pitches and also a small grass area for tent campers. A modern toilet and shower block, dishwashing area, and dedicated accessible facilities add to Delamont’s convenience. Just next door is the country park, an idyllic place for a gentle stroll, or for more active fun and games for families – there’s also a play area and lots of open spaces.

A home to history

A short walk from the site is the village of Killyleagh, which has pubs, shops, and restaurants. History buffs will be impressed with the village’s castle, with further interesting sightseeing available at Inch Abbey and Castle Ward, both short drives away. This site is also within easy travelling distance of Belfast – an action-packed city with fascinating museums, excellent eateries, and good transport connections.
