Fondue in foil
A camper’s snack for the barbecue that’s so simple, so gooey and so good. I'm using Appleby Creamery’s smoked brie called Eden Smokie, made in the Lake District.
Vegetarian
Any type of brie or camembert will work equally well for this recipe. For the cider, try a medium-dry variety and you can replace the dipping bread with cooked new potatoes or whole, cooked button mushrooms.
