What is Mass in Running Order?

It sounds quite straightforward – a caravan has a Mass in Running Order (MiRO), which is the basic weight straight from the factory. It also has a Maximum Technically Permissible Laden Mass (MTPLM), which is the maximum it can legally weigh on the road. The difference between the two is the User Payload – the amount of stuff you can add to the caravan yourself, either inside or out.
