Get set for NCCW
National Camping and Caravanning Week (NCCW), now in its 21st year, will run from 31 May to 6 June, and this year’s theme is ‘Discover Camping’.
NCCW is the Club’s annual campaign to showcase the joys of camping in all its forms and has been running since 2001.
The Club will launch a series of exciting competitions, along with Club partners such as GO Outdoors, Coleman, Outwell and Vango, in the coming weeks to win camping kit and accessories.
There will also be a competition for a small number of families to attend a ‘camping experience’ event at the Club’s Drayton Manor Site, and a raft of help and advice, competitions, campsite games, cooking demos and more at nccw.co.uk.
Last year the Club held a virtual celebration of all things camping and caravanning for the ‘Stay Home NCCW’. Previously it has marked NCCW with the first-ever floating campsite on the Thames (2019), lighting up the Great Ridge in the Peak District National Park (2018) and Club President Julia Bradbury camping overnight on top of the O2 in a world-first (2016), as you can see in the images below.
