The Club has promised to offer members full value for their membership.
Anyone who was a member while Club sites were closed, will have their membership extended to reflect the three-month period of closure.
Club joiners, or those who renewed their membership prior to 4 July 2020 and paid for their membership will be eligible for the extension.
Anyone who joined the Club or renewed their membership prior to campsites re-opening on 4 July, will have their three-month extension added automatically at the end of their current membership term. Their renewal notice will come three months later than it normally would, when the extension has finished and this will be thire new renewal date going forward.
Renewal dates won't change for those with memberships due for renewal between 4 July and 30 September and memberships should be renewed in the normal way. The three-month extension will be automatically applied at the end of this membership term.
Renewals on or after 1 October will have three months added at the end of the current membership term. Renewal notification will come three months later than normal, when the extension has finished. This will be the new renewal date going forward.
Payment dates will be moved automatically for members who pay by Direct Debit. Payments by any other method can be done so when a renewal letter is received.
