Our Club Sites that are open during the winter have measures in place to protect the wellbeing of our staff and campers.
We want to reassure campers we continue to closely monitor government guidance. Rules are different across the four nations and our campsites continue to operate a little differently depending on their location.
Please see below for more information, including the latest on face coverings and contact tracing programmes.
We understand that as restrictions have been lifting some people remain cautious and we ask that campers continue to respect others who may wish to continue observing measures such as social distancing.
Guidance continues to differ between nations, so please check Government websites for the latest information before you travel:
Guidance for England
Guidance for Scotland
Guidance for Wales
Guidance for Northern Ireland
Country specific information for our campsites currently open this winter:
England: Our campsites are open with toilets, showers and communal areas such as laundries and dishwashing areas available. Campers must currently wear face coverings in our on-site shops, facility blocks, office and reception areas. We would encourage you to continue to follow government advice to wear a face covering in enclosed public spaces and that you are considerate of other campers.
We continue to encourage campers to ‘check in’ and scan the QR code using the NHS Covid-19 app in order to support the Government Test and Trace programme.
Wales: All of our campsites are currently closed for the winter.
Scotland: Our campsites are open with facility blocks, communal areas, laundries and dishwashing areas available and operating in line with government guidance with additional Club measures in place. The wearing of face coverings remains a legal requirement indoors in Scotland (unless exempt) and we ask that they are worn in areas such as facilities blocks, on-site shops and dishwashing areas.
We are still required to collect customer details in line with Government regulations to support the NHS Scotland Test and Protect (Scotland) contact tracing programme. On arriving at one of our campsites, you will be asked to scan an NHS QR code poster or provide contact details for anyone in your party aged 16 or over. Guests will need to do this every day of their stay. Alternatively for those campers not able to use the app you can easily register the details of everyone staying for the duration of your booking using our online form .
Northern Ireland: Our Club Site is currently closed for the winter.
Across all nations: We are pleased to allow visitors on site, up to a maximum of two adults and any associated children per pitch.
