Coronavirus – What You Need to Know

Issued 26th March 2020

Read a Message from the Director General >

All of our UK Club Sites and Certificated Sites will be closing with immediate effect, until further notice on Sunday 22nd March. Most of our European Travel Service partner sites are closed too.

Keeping you and your family safe and well is, and always will be, our first priority.

Given the continued escalation of the virus, the thoughts of our members and the messages from local and national tourist boards it was clear the time had come to close all of our sites. Further government guidance has been given and there is now clear advice for you to remain at home, for all but essential travel, which "does not include visits to second homes, campsites, caravan parks or similar, whether for isolation purposes or holidays".

For bookings from now until the end of May
If you have a booking on our system between now and the end of May, please do not travel. There is no need to contact us. We will contact you to rearrange your booking for later in the year or to offer you a full refund. For Travel Service bookings, we will be contacting you by email as soon as we can.

For bookings from June onwards
All bookings from June can be amended to any available date in the next 15 months without any charge. You can switch to any available campsite, and there is no limit to how many times you do this. Cancelled bookings will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. For Travel Service bookings, we will contact you by email as soon as we can after contacting April and May bookers.

All our teams are working remotely, please bear with us.
