Picture the moment photography competition

• Closing date: All entries must be received by 23:59 on the 19th August 2024.
• Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, immediate family of The Camping and Caravanning Club employees and parties professionally associated with the promotion may not enter this competition.
• The overall winner’s entries will be featured in the 2025 Club Calendar.
• The Camping and Caravanning Club reserve the right to edit the entry and use it across their printed and digital marketing.
• Late entries will be disqualified.
• Entries will not be returned so you must save a copy of your work.
• Entries should be original works and you should be the owner of the intellectual rights.
• Only photographs captured with a camera and without the use of AI algorithms or any other form of artificial intelligence, are eligible for entry. The competition is dedicated to human creativity and originality in photography and therefore AI-generated content is not permitted.
• The entrant must have obtained permission of any people featured as subjects in the entries, who are clearly identifiable in the image.
• To be eligible for the competition prize, you must submit your image on the competition Facebook post stating the category that you wish to be entered in. If you are not a Facebook user, entries can also be sent to keepintouch@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk stating the category that you are entering. Failure to state the category entered will result in disqualification.
• Entries into the Children’s competition must be posted by a parent or guardian on the competition Facebook post, stating the age category entered.
• Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
• The competition will be judged by a group of representatives from The Camping and Caravanning Club, supported by Club President, Hamza Yassin.
• The winners will be informed of their win through Facebook or email within four weeks of the closing date of the competition and will be asked to provide the original high resolution image file.
• If a winner is unable to be reached, after we’ve made reasonable attempts to contact them, we reserve the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
• The winner will receive their prize by email or post to the address provided by the winners.
• Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the stated prize unless we are unable to source the prize, in which case a comparative prize or one of a higher value will be given.
• The Camping and Caravanning Club decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
• The competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this Promotion.
• Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition.
• Winners Publicity: The Camping and Caravanning Club have a Legitimate Interest in publishing the winners name and submitted material, without further payment or permission, for the purpose of announcing the winners and related marketing and promotional purposes.
• Entrants will maintain copyright and moral rights on any submitted material however, by entering; all entrants grant the Camping and Caravanning Club non-exclusive rights to use their name and submitted material for advertising and publicity purposes in perpetuity.
• The following promoter is the Data Controllers for the purpose of the competition: The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the competition.
