In this month’s festive print issue I’ve introduced my dream Eat Local Christmas Camping Hamper. Eschewing the usual excesses of the ‘pile it high’ approach to Christmas food I’ve created a more camping-friendly edit of edible highlights sourced from places near some of my favourite Club Sites.
