For the majority of users the move will not affect the look or feel of how the app operates but users of the app with Apple or Android tablets and smartphones should experience faster download speeds and fewer glitches going forward.

Also, while the magazine content within the app has the same look and feel, it now has a new app icon, which prominently features the Club logo and colour schemes.

For Club members whose smartphone or tablet is already set to ‘Automatic Updates’ no action is required – the new app will download automatically - and and members will be able to continue to use the app as before.

Club members whose smartphone or tablet is set up to receive manual updates will need to download the new app (Apple, Android), then log in to the magazine app using the same user name and password used to manage their Club membership at the Club website. Messaging and instructions will be sent to their device if and when they come to do this.

Although the magazine app will no longer support Apple iOS 9, Club members who do run iOS9 can instead access a downloadable digital turn page edition where they will be able to click through and watch video content featured in the magazine app.
