1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 21 and over who provide their details. Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club or any of the prize partners and any of their associated or sister companies, or immediate family of such employees; and parties professionally associated with the promotion may not enter this competition.
2. The promoters reserve the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility conditions.
3. How to enter: Please complete the entry form online or follow the Club’s social media pages, www.facebook.com/campandcaravanning or www.instagram.com/campandcaravan for information about entry via Club social media.
4. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to edit entries and use them across their printed and digital marketing.
5. Entries will not be returned so you must save a copy of your work.
6. Entries should be original works, and you should be the owner of the intellectual rights.
7. Only photographs captured with a camera and without the use of AI algorithms or any other form of artificial intelligence, are eligible for entry. The competition is dedicated to human creativity and originality in photography and therefore AI-generated content is not permitted.
8. The entrant must have obtained permission of any people featured as subjects in the entries, who are clearly identifiable in the image.
9. To be eligible for the competition prizes, you must submit your image using the online form or via one of the Club’s social media pages (see point 3).
10. Only one entry per email and/or telephone number. Entry to the prize draw will be completed upon submission of the online entry form or entry via one of the Club’s social media pages. Persons attempting to obtain multiple entries via other means will be disqualified.
11. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw.
12. The start date for the competition is 1st September 2025.
13. The closing date for the competition is 11.59pm on 31st October 2025.
14. Entries not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, or that are incomplete or altered, will be disqualified. Late entries will also be disqualified.
15. Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
16. The competition will be judged by a group of representatives from The Camping and Caravanning Club. The judges’ decisions are final.
17. The Camping and Caravanning Club may make changes to these terms from time to time and amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The most up to date version of the terms will be available from us at www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk. You should check the terms regularly and if you enter the prize draw after the date of any change it will be on the new terms.
18. The protection of personal privacy is an important concern to the promoters. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition, and with your consent, to provide you with details of the promoter’s services and products.
19. In order, to meet our obligations to you, we may share your personal data with the promoters of the competition for marketing purposes. For more information about the promoter’s data protection policies please go to:

20. You may withdraw your consent from individual promoters at any time by following the unsubscribe details contained within their communications.
21. The prize(s)
    One 1st place winner will receive: 
    a. Four tickets to the light trail of their choice valid for the opening weekend of the trails, as follows: Dunham Massey and Blenheim Palace - 14 to 16 Nov | Bedgebury and Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh - 21 to 23 Nov | Westonbirt - 28 to 30 Nov. Prizes are subject to availability. No cash or date alternative. Travel and accommodation not included.

    Two runners up will each receive: 
    a. A magical Christmas light trail experience at one of five venues across the UK,  for up to four people. 22. No monetary alternative to the stated prize is available and the prize is non-transferrable.
23. The promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
24. Lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted and proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
25. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. Judging will take place within 10 working days of the competition closing date and winners will be contacted via email or Club social media within five days of judging taking place to notify them of their win, when they will also be asked to provide the original high resolution image file.
27. If we are unable to contact the chosen winners within the five days of judging taking place, or if the winner is unable to accept the prize, the judges next favourite photos will be selected as winners.
28. Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoters’ and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoters as a result thereof.
29. Winners Publicity: The promoters have a Legitimate Interest in publishing the winners’ Personal Data, including name, country of residence, interviews and submitted material, without further payment or permission, for the purpose of announcing the winners and related promotional purposes. However, winners may request to opt out of publicity or request a reduction in the amount of personal information published by contacting press.enquiries@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk.
30. Entrants will maintain copyright and moral rights on any submitted material however, by entering; all entrants grant the Camping and Caravanning Club non-exclusive rights to use their name and submitted material for advertising and publicity purposes in perpetuity.
31. The winner's name may be obtained within six months of the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to "See This competition", Marketing Department, The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.
32. The  promoter is Data Controller for the purpose of the competition:
    a. The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.
33. Any clause in these terms and conditions that shall be deemed illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
34. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
