1. These are the terms and conditions for the Camping and Caravanning Club Scent-sational dogs competition, which is a prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents 18 years of age and over who provide their details. Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club or any of the prize partners and any of their associated or sister companies, or immediate family of such employees; and parties professionally associated with the promotion may not enter this competition.
3. The promoters reserve the right to request proof of identity to verify eligibility conditions.
4. How to enter: 
   Please complete the entry form online or follow the Club’s social media pages, www.facebook.com/campandcaravanning or www.instagram.com/campandcaravan for information about entry via Club social media.
5. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
6. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified. 
7. Only one entry per email and/or telephone number. Entry to the prize draw will be completed upon submission of the online entry form or entry via one of the Club’s social media pages. Persons attempting to obtain multiple entries via other means will be disqualified.
8. The prize(s): 
   One winner will receive:
   a. A one-hour online consultation with Nick Jones from Alpha Dog Behaviour. Bookings must be made directly with Nick Jones and the consultation must be booked before 31st April 2026. 
   b. A £75 voucher to spend online at Edgard & Cooper www.edgardcooper.com
9. The prize draw:
   One winner will be picked at random to receive the prize. 
10. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw.
11. The start date for the competition is 13th October 2025.
12. The closing date for the competition is 11.59pm on 31st October 2025.
13. The winners of the prize draw will be informed by phone or email. In the event a winner cannot be contacted we will run a redraw for the prize.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the stated prize unless we are unable to source the prize, in which case a comparative prize or one of a higher value will be given.
15. The Camping and Caravanning Club's decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
16. The competition and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this competition. 
17. Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation. We will use your personal data for the administration of the competition.

19. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the competition.
20. Entrant's data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available here.
21. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
