There’s no doubt that raising our pulse is good for our health – and by that I, of course, mean raising the amount of beans, lentils and peas in our diets. Full of protein, fibre and great for keeping blood-sugar levels stable, beans and lentil are ideal sustenance if you're heading out on an active day of walking or cycling from your pitch.
