Italian boot brand Zamberlan is more accessible to more people, with the launch of its first-ever sub-£150 walking boot.
The 213 Fell Lite GTX features a full grain, one-piece leather upper, which has no stitches resulting in a more durable and reliable boot. The boots' soft leather provides a very comfortable fit, while a supportive midsole, GORE-TEX lining and Vibram sole add to the technical performance. It’s also a very light boot for its class – we’re told a pair of size 42 (UK size 8) weighs just 1,130 grams. Our tester put these boots through their paces on a weekend walking the coastal paths of the north Norfolk coast and was particularly impressed with their lightness and high level of comfort that lasted an entire day of hiking. He also praised the grip and support on mixed terrain.
