A panel of judges made up of outdoor industry journalists and key retailers has selected finalists from each of ten categories, and the public will decide on the winners, and overall product of the year, in an online vote.

Categories include accessories, backpacks, camping equipment, climbing, clothing, tech accessories, footwear, sleeping and tents – including the Vango Apex Compact 200, pictured.

Voting is open until 19 August, and the winners will be announced in September and revealed in these pages.
