In a statement organisers NCC Events said their decision "maximises the chances to both protect the health and well-being of attendees (exhibitor staff and visitors) and also the financial viability of our exhitors and the show itself."

Although the October event won't be going ahead NCC Events has said the show will return 12-17 October 2021. In addition they are currently working on initiatives to help and support the showcasing of the 2021 new-season products as well as focusing on the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show due to take place 23-28 February 2021 at the NEC.

Anyone who has already paid for tickets to the October 2020 event will be entitled to a full refund.
