    Explore the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire and then relax by the river at the end of a long day at Boroughbridge Club Site. Located on the River Ure with some waterside pitches, this campsite is a haven for great outdoors lovers, being close to two different national parks – the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors.

     

    Stretch your legs

    This open site features a motorhome service point, dedicated accessible facilities, and parent and baby room, which when combined with its convenient location just off the A1, make it a great stopover for long journeys up and down the country. If you want to stretch your legs locally, there are some nice countryside walks nearby along the river to either Rippon or Boroughbridge. There are also several pubs within walking distance.

     

    Yorkshire icons

    If you make your stay a longer one then as well as proximity to those two national parks, the site is also within a short drive of the gorgeous Yorkshire destinations of Harrogate and York. The former is a picture-postcard Yorkshire town with boutique shopping, while the latter is a stunning historic city with iconic attractions such as its Minster and the Shambles.

    		These are hardstanding pitches with electric hook-up, suitable for a standard sized tent, caravan or motorhome.


    		These are jumbo grass pitches with no electric hook-up, suitable for units measuring more than 5m x 9m.

     

    WiFi

    100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to rural location, weather conditions and changing flora. These can cause variable signal strength. Hotspots are available. More information.

    Worth Noting

    • Possibility of flooding means all units must have a towing vehicle on site overnight, and there may be restrictions on pitches and awnings.
    • No boat launching from site.
    • Noise can be heard from the local dairy and from the A1.

     

    Eat Local

    Boroughbridge town has a good butcher, a grocer that sells local produce and a farm shop on Ripon Road.
