From the moment you arrive and choose your pitch (either a shady spot under the trees or out in the open with stunning views) you’ll begin to unwind.

The kids will love playing in the shallow stream that runs at the side of the site, free roaming ponies and cattle will keep you company and, on a clear night, spectacular sunsets and unpolluted views of the stars will provide the perfect end to your day.

Here, deep in the New Forest, this site has no toilets, electricity or shop, but for those who know and love this beautiful location it is the unspoilt simplicity of the site that’s the attraction.

Just a short drive away, the small town of Brockenhurst has all the shops and amenities you’ll need including several cafes and a camping supply shop.

When (and if) you want to explore further, clearly marked cycling and walking paths will take you deep into the forest or if you prefer, horses and ponies can be hired from a local stable.

Nearby attractions include Furzey Gardens which has a rare plant collection, Longdown Activity Farm, The New Forest Reptile Centre, The New Forest Wildlife Park and the National Motor Museum.
