I have stayed at Chertsey several times as my daughter is at University in Guildford. The staff are lovely and will always help if they can. The facilities have always been clean and yes, the mirror in the shower block was missing on my last visit, but will hopefully have been replaced on my next visit. The site is maintained really well, with flowers everywhere, and grass/foliage trimmed and tidy. I have 3 dogs who travel with me and it is just a short walk to Chertsey Meads where acres of open land are available to exercise them on. I don't expect perfect facilities as constant use takes it's toll but the cleanliness of the existing facilities has always been exceptional. The Chertsey club site, and it's staff, are in my opinion excellent. With regard to the noise from the wier, local traffic, and the flight path, I do not find this a problem and have never been disturbed by it. The fact that this site is open all year is a massive bonus for me and I shall continue to happily use it in the future.

I've just returned from Chertsey after a wonderful 6 night stay.

I've just returned from Chertsey after a wonderful 6 night stay. The wardens were all helpful and friendly and the facilities were adequate and always clean. The site itself was lovely, a country oasis in a nice town. The on site food outlets were a great bonus and offered good value - I particularly liked the pizza. Thorpe Park (my reason for staying at Chertsey) was an easy cycle ride away and other attractions were also close by. The Kingfisher, a short walk away, served delicious food. I look forward to another visit to Chertsey in the future - if I lived closer I would be visiting on a regular basis.

Very dissapointed, everything needs refurbishment.

Very dissapointed, everything needs refurbishment. Ladies toilets very dimly lit, where the hair dryer is the mirrors have been taken down, Very drab. The fishing area is very small. The games room is only open for an hour. The site could be lovely but I think its lack of staff. I would come back to this site IF it was refurbished.
