Our 2026 Seasonal pitches are now available, offering a simple way to spend more time on your favourite Club Site. Leave the towing behind and enjoy the convenience of having your caravan ready and waiting for relaxed weekends, spontaneous trips and longer stays throughout the season.

What is a seasonal pitch?

A Seasonal pitch is a special type of plot on a campsite which allows you to base your caravan there for the season. This means you can leave your caravan on one of our Club Sites for six to seven months, making last-minute breaks and weekends away so much easier.

How long can you stay on a seasonal pitch?

You can stay in your unit as often as you want to during the seasonal period, for up to 28 nights at a time. Our Club Sites have slightly different season dates so please check opening information before applying.

Please note that it is not usually possible to choose your pitch and you may be offered a different one at your selected site each season.

Can you live on a seasonal pitch?

You can’t live on any campsite or holiday park permanently. As above, you must vacate your unit after 28 consecutive nights.
