‘First night free’ – February NEC new member offer
1. This offer can only be redeemed once by a Club member who joins at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC in February 2025.
2. This offer can only be redeemed on the very first booking by the new member on a Club Site for a touring booking (*excludes Bellingham, Charmouth, Cheddar, Hereford & Skye,). This offer does not include self-catering.
3. This offer can only be used as part of a minimum of two consecutive nights stay. Minimum booking periods may apply.
4. The booking must be made by 01/05/2025 with the date of stay before 01/02/26.
5. This offer is not valid on any booking that incorporates a Bank Holiday.
6. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. When you make your booking, you will be required to pay at least the standard booking deposit amount, as per the Club’s terms and conditions. Once your voucher is received by Membership Ops then your free night amount will be applied to your booking. If any overpayment has been made, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
8. If the total value of your stay is lower than £25, after the value of the free night is removed, the balance will then become your deposit if the cancellation policy needs to be applied.
9. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. The Club’s standard refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
11. To use this voucher, you must book your pitch through The Camping and Caravanning Club Service Centre. The Service Centre number is 024 7647 5426.
12. Once booked, the voucher must be posted back to Membership Ops, The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH. Photocopies will not be accepted and the Club reserves the right to reject any voucher should it not appear genuine.
13. Please note that vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the Motorhome Hire Privilege Scheme or any other promotional scheme. The only exception to this rule is the complimentary camping voucher.
14. All pitches are subject to availability.
15. The voucher is redeemable against one night on a Standard Pitch or Club Service Pitch.
16. These vouchers are only valid for use on UK Club Sites listed on our website.
