Heritage

We’ve been around longer than anyone else – Over 120 years ago, a group of friends camped out to enjoy time together in nature. They formed a Club which has grown to over 600,000 members who still share that simple ideal.

Freshen up and take a break

Break up a long journey on 50 of our Club Sites and use the on-site facilities without a booking. For a small fee, members can use all campsite facilities for up to three hours, including showers, emptying cassettes and topping up your water.

Can I opt out of receiving my physical membership card?

We’re not currently offering this however it is something we’re looking into for those members who would prefer only the digital version.

Currently all members will still receive the physical card – keep an eye out for our new card stock coming soon - which is 100% plastic free and recyclable!

Yes, Digital Membership Cards are accepted on our Certificated Sites.

How do I cancel my membership?

For members joining from 14th October 2025 or renewing from 1st November 2025:

To cancel and receive a full refund you can:


Providing you are still within the 2 week cooling off period and haven’t used any of the club services, we will provide a full refund of you membership fee. 

We cannot issue a refund if any of the Club services have been used within this 14 day period.

I have more than 6 children, how do I add them to my membership?
Our Membership system is only able to accommodate 6 children. However, all children under the age of 18, that live in your household, will still be covered by your membership.

Joined through RAC but not received Club Membership card?
Once you have joined through the RAC, they will pass your details on to us to set up your Club Membership. This process can take up to 7 days to complete. Once we have set up your membership, your membership cards should be received within 5-7 working days.

What are the benefits of the Digital Membership Card?
Instant access! Having your membership card in the app means you can access this instantly should you need to. No longer do you have to find it in your unit or by carrying the physical card, the digital version means you’ll always have it to hand.

What is the difference between Digital and Paper Membership?

Paper Membership costs £59.95 for the year and includes all of the Club's publications. When joining as a Paper member, you will receive a SiteSeeker guide and 9 Club Magazines each year will be sent to you. Digital Membership costs £56.95 for the year and you will access all the Club's information via the internet. You are able to download the magazine app which will allow you to read it on the go. You also have access to the SiteSeeker app so you can search for UK Club sites, Certificated and Listed sites.

I live overseas, can I join your club?
Our Digital Overseas Membership is available for £56.95. This membership lasts a full year and gives you access to all sites including Certificated and Listed sites. You will also have access to the online members' area. You can join here.

Important Payment Information
• Minimum 12-month commitment required.
• The discounted annual membership fee is payable as one annual Direct Debit, collected at the start of your membership.
• You must set up and maintain a valid Direct Debit to qualify.
• No refunds are available after the 14-day cooling-off period (see below).

Cooling-Off Rights

If you join online, by phone or off-premises, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.

After 14 days, your membership is non-cancellable during the remainder of the 12-month term.

What Happens After 12 Months?

Your membership will automatically renew for a further 12-month period at the standard annual rate unless you cancel. We’ll contact you in advance to remind you and explain how to cancel.
