Your Voice Matters Prize Draw T&Cs'

  1. The Promoter of this prize draw is The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.
  2. The prize draw opens on 10th June 2026, 1pm, and closes on 22nd June 2026, 9am.Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  3. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, who have been sent the ‘Your Voice Matters’ June 2026 email and complete the survey.This prize draw is only open to Camping and Caravanning Club Members.Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  4. Members who complete the Your Voice Matters survey will be automatically entered into the prize draw, unless they select the ‘do not wish to enter’ box at the end of the survey.
  5. The winner will receive a £200 GO Outdoors voucher.Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the stated prize. In the event the stated prize is unavailable, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  6. Winner selection and notification:
    1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    2. The draw will take place within 10 working days after the closing date.
    3. The winner will be notified via the contact details associated with the membership number selected within 5 working days of the draw date.
    4. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the draw date, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
    5. The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the draw date unless otherwise stated. If delays occur, the winner will be informed, and an updated fulfilment timeline will be provided.
  7. The winners’ details are available upon request within 30 days of the prize draw close date.
  8. General terms and conditions:
    1. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
    2. Automated or bulk entries and entries from third-party services will be disqualified.
    3. The Camping and Caravanning Club may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or breaches these terms. Late, illegible, photocopied, defaced or corrupted entries will be void. The Camping and Caravanning Club will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or postal delays.
    4. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    5. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice. The Camping and Caravanning Club’s decision regarding the administration of the competition is final.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
