Join in the celebrations for our 125th anniversary! We are marking our milestone birthday with a special event this September.
We’re giving you the chance to meet Club President and wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin as he buries a special time capsule featuring mementos from our anniversary year.
Up for grabs are three family passes (two adults and up to four children) to the event and a meet and greet with Hamza.
Terms and conditions
1) Promoters:
a) The Promoter of this prize draw is:
i) The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.
2) Prize draw period:
a) Opens: 12th June 2026, 9am.
b) Closes: 3rd August 2026, 4pm.
c) Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
3) Prize:
a) There will be three winners, each receiving one family pass (two adults and up to four children under the age of 16) to the event at Clent Hills Club Site on Tuesday 15th September 2026.
b) Each prize consists of one family pass to the event (two adults and up to four children under the age of 16).
c) The prize doesn’t include travel expenses or any other additional expenses which may be incurred as a result of the winner(s) travel to and from the event.
d) Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in place of the stated prize. In the event the stated prize is unavailable, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
4) Eligibility:
a) Only Camping and Caravanning Club members 18 years of age and over and resident in the UK are eligible to enter our competition.
b) Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
5) How to enter:
a) Enter via the form on The Camping and Caravanning Club Website.
b) Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or to increase the chances of winning.
6) Winner selection and notification:
a) The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
b) The draw will take place within three (3) working days after the closing date.
c) The winner(s) will be notified via the contact details provided within five (5) working days of the draw date.
d) If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within five (5) working days of the draw date, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
7) Publicity and winner details:
a) The winner(s) name or social media handle may be announced on The Camping and Caravanning Club’s platforms without further payment or permission. However, the Club will usually seek explicit permission before publishing any personal details, in line with best practice and data protection principles.
b) The winners’ details are available upon request within 30 days of the prize draw close date.
c) The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.
d) Winner(s) may request to opt out of publicity or request a reduction in the amount of personal information published by contacting press.enquiries@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk.
8) Data protection:
a) Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
b) Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the administration of this prize draw unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications.
c) Data will be handled in accordance with the promoters' privacy policy, available at

9) General terms and conditions:
a) Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
b) Automated or bulk entries and entries from third-party services will be disqualified. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
c) The Camping and Caravanning Club may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or breaches these terms. Late, illegible, photocopied, defaced or corrupted entries will be void. The Camping and Caravanning Club will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or postal delays.
d) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the prize draw.
e) The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice. The Camping and Caravanning Club’s decision regarding the administration of the competition is final.
