1) Promoters:
a) The Joint Promoters of this prize draw are:

ii) Roofbunk International Ltd, Unit 23 and 27, Manvers Business Park, High Hazles Road, Cotgrave, Nottingham, NG12 3GZ.

2) Prize draw period:
a) Opens: 18th March 2026, 9am
b) Closes: 21st May 2026, 4pm
c) Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3) Eligibility:
a) Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
b) Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
c) Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4) How to enter:
a) Enter via the form on The Camping and Caravanning Club Website.

5) Prize:
a) The winner will receive a RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Soft Shell Roof Tent, RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Annex Awning, RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Thermal Insulation Pod, RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Canopy Awning & Windbreak, RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Anti-Condensation Mat, RoofBunk Explorer Super XL Fitted Mattress Sheet.
b) Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives in place of the stated prize. In the event the stated prize is unavailable, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

6) Winner selection and notification:
a) The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
b) The draw will take place within 10 working days after the closing date.
c) The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 5 working days of the draw date.
d) If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the draw date, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
e) The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the draw date unless otherwise stated. If delays occur, the winner will be informed, and an updated fulfilment timeline will be provided.

7) Publicity and winner details:
a) The winner’s name or social media handle may be announced on The Camping and Caravanning Club’s platforms without further payment or permission. However, the Club will usually seek explicit permission before publishing any personal details, in line with best practice and data protection principles.
b) The winners’ details are available upon request within 30 days of the prize draw close date.
c) The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.
d) Winners may request to opt out of publicity or request a reduction in the amount of personal information published by contacting press.enquiries@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk.

8) Data protection:
a) Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
b) Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the administration of this prize draw unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications.
c) Data will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy, available at www.campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy/
d) Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications from RoofBunk will receive a 10% discount code after the competition has closed. Opting in is voluntary but required to receive the discount.

9) General terms and conditions:
a) Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
b) Automated or bulk entries and entries from third-party services will be disqualified. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
c) The Camping and Caravanning Club may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or breaches these terms. Late, illegible, photocopied, defaced or corrupted entries will be void. The Camping and Caravanning Club will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or postal delays.
d) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the prize draw.
e) The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice. The Camping and Caravanning Club’s decision regarding the administration of the competition is final.

10) Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
