New prizes for the Club’s festival feeling prize draw are allocated on the 1st of each month and entries must be submitted by 16:00 on the last working day of the following month if you wish to take part in the prize draw. Entries will not be rolled over to subsequent months.

1. Promoters:

a. The Promoter of this prize draw is The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH.

2. Prize draw period:

a. Opens: 1st August 2026 9am.

b. Closes: 30th September 2026 4pm.

c. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Prize:

a. There is one (1) winner of the prize.

b. The prize is as follows: one (1) Holawild AirTek Machu Picchu Large Beige tent courtesy of PJ Outdoors, the value in cash of a year’s tent insurance from Club Care Insurance and a seven-night Club Site stay (subject to the following conditions):

i. This prize can be used on any UK Club Site listed in the latest edition of SiteSeeker, with the exception of Franchised Sites: Bellingham, Charmouth, Cheddar, Hereford, Skye. This offer does not include self-catering.

ii. The voucher must be redeemed by 29/02/2027. There is no extension to this date.

iii. The prize allows for one Club Service Pitch, including electric hookup if required and subject to availability, for up to a maximum of four people. All pitches are subject to availability.

iv. The seven-nights do not need to be taken consecutively, but minimum booking periods may apply.

v. To redeem; please contact the Club’s customer service team on 02476 475387. Opening hours are 8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday.

vi. The Club’s standard refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

vii. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other Club offer, promotion or voucher.

viii. No cash alternative will be offered for any voucher. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

ix. This voucher cannot be used online.

x. No photocopies will be accepted.

c. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. In the event that the stated prize is unavailable, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

d. The Holawild tent prize will consist of one tent given to one winner. The winner will receive one AirTek Machu Picchu Large (Beige) tent.

4. Warranty:

a. The prize warranty will fall under standard Holawild product warranty that will need to be registered at https://www.holawild.com/pages/retailer-warranty-registration and is non-transferrable.

5. One year's free tent insurance cover:

a. Free tent insurance cover for one year is provided by A-Plan Holdings incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 00750484 whose registered office is at 2 Des Roches Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4LE. 

b. The insurance prize consists of one insurance policy for a 12-month period, to cover the Holawild tent which also forms part of this prize. Provision of the policy will end after 12 months.

c. There is no cash alternative. The prize is not negotiable, refundable or transferable. The winner shall comply with any additional terms and conditions and/or exclusions which may apply to the prize.

6. Eligibility:

a. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

b. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

c. Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

d. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

7. How to enter:

a. Enter via the form on The Camping and Caravanning Club website.

b. No purchase is necessary.

8. Winner selection and notification:

a. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 10 working days of the closing date.

b. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 5 working days of the draw date.

c. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the draw date, The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.

d. The prize will be awarded within 60 days of the draw date unless otherwise stated. If delays occur, the winner will be informed, and an updated fulfilment timeline will be provided.

9. Publicity and winner details:

a. The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be announced on The Camping and Caravanning Club’s platforms without further payment or permission. However, the Club will usually seek explicit permission before publishing any personal details, in line with best practice and data protection principles.

b. The winner’s details are available upon request within 30 days of the closing date.

c. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.

d. Winners may request to opt out of publicity or request a reduction in the amount of personal information published by contacting press.enquiries@campingandcaravanningclub.co.uk.

10. Data protection:

a. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

b. Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the administration of this prize draw unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications.

11. General terms and conditions:

a. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.

b. Automated or bulk entries and entries from third-party services will be disqualified. By entering, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

c. The Camping and Caravanning Club may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or breaches these terms. Late, illegible, photocopied, defaced or corrupted entries will be void. The Camping and Caravanning Club will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or postal delays.

d. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the prize draw.

e. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice. The Camping and Caravanning Club’s decision regarding the administration of the competition is final.

12. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
