Arriving on our Campsites

It’s a field good thing

Whether you’re a seasoned camper or it’s your first time staying with us, we’ve pulled together a handy guide on what you can expect when you arrive at our Club Sites (including Ready Camp).

Contactless check-in

Arriving at your Club Site (including Ready Camp)

We operate contactless check-in, that's why we asked for your vehicle registration when you booked. When you arrive on site, remain inside your vehicle and a member of our site staff will welcome you and show you to your allocated pitch. 

Payment

The balance of any money due for your stay will be taken automatically from your account on the morning of your arrival. 


NHS Test and Trace

While it’s no longer compulsory to share contact details to support NHS Test and Trace or other contact tracing programmes across the UK, QR codes are located around our sites and campers can choose to ‘check in’ using the NHS Covid-19 app.

Visitors on Site

Visitors are welcome on site, we ask that there are no more than 2 adult visitors (and any associated children) per pitch. Any visitors will need to depart by 10.30pm. We ask that visitors remain respectful of other campers whilst on site and that large groups don’t gather.


Face coverings while indoors

In line with government guidance around the UK, we ask guests using the facility blocks at our sites to wear a face covering, where possible, while in the communal spaces.

Low Deposits

Only £25 or 25% deposit required at time of booking a Club Site (excluding Ready Camp and Self Catering), with the balance collected on the morning of arrival

Refund guarantee

A full refund on your booking if our sites are forced to close due to Covid 19

Added flexibility

We will continue to allow members to move a touring booking up to ten days prior to arrival.

A few coins can be helpful

Although we prefer cashless transactions on site, please note it may also be helpful to have some cash with you for use on items like the washing machines, which accept coins.

Please note

If you or a member of your party has any Covid symptoms or has tested positive before arrival please don’t visit our sites until either your symptoms have ended, or you are no longer testing positive. If you develop symptoms while staying on site with us please call the campsite team and head home as soon as possible. Our sites cannot be used as a base from which to self-isolate.

Club Site arrival FAQs

Do you accept same day arrivals?
Whilst we recommend that bookings are made in advance, we do accept same day arrivals where we have availability. Bookings can be made for the same day until 2pm online and up until 5.30pm via our Service Centre.

How do I use a voucher for Club Site bookings?
If you wish to pay for your stay with a voucher, please post your voucher, together with your booking reservation number, to the address below, at least 10 days before your arrival date:

Your voucher value will be debited from the overall cost of your stay and the final balance will be taken by Auto Balance Collect on the morning of your arrival (with the voucher value deducted).
