‘Deli’ ghtful picnics

Picnic season is almost upon us. This thought makes my heart sing and my tummy rumble. Nothing quite beats the carefree feeling of slinging a simple feast of bread, cheese and ham in my backpack and heading out to find a beautiful spot with a view to dine al fresco.
As members, we are fortunate to have our Club Sites based in beautiful parts of the country, which means they are surrounded by fabulous spots for picnicking. So to keep things as carefree as possible, and save the fuss of making a mound of sandwiches first thing in the morning, why not head to one of the many great delicatessens close to our Club Sites to stock up on a ready-made picnic and sample some of the best of British cheeses, charcuterie, dips and pies while you are at it.
