We're inviting our valued members to enjoy a free getaway* at one of our new glamping pods located at Alton, The Star or Nottingham Club Site. This is part of a small product trial to gather your feedback on this offering. Your insights will help shape the way we develop new ways for members to enjoy the Club.

How do you enter?
Simply fill out the form below to register your interest in our free trial. A member of our team will then call you to arrange your booking.
Because this is a free trial with limited availability, demand will be high. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date your form was submitted. To help us find you a spot, please have your preferred dates and an alternative date in mind.
We'll do our best to accommodate everyone, but if we can’t, we will let you know via email.

• Sleeps up to 4. Max 2 adults (one double bed, one sofa bed)
• Parking available next to pod for one car
• We unfortunately cannot accept dogs within our pods.
Sleeping arrangements
The Burrow pod has a separate double bed, plus a sofa bed suitable for two children.
Washing
Separate shower room with walk in shower, basin, vanity unit and WC.
Cooking
The kitchen area includes a solid worktop, 2 ring hob, combination oven, fridge with freezer compartment and under mount sink.
Heating, lighting and bedding
Our pods are super comfy and cosy, fitted with electric panel heaters and double glazing in all windows and doors. Bedding and towels are all provided during your stay.
Entertainment
All pods come with a wall mounted smart television plus Wi-Fi.
Terms and Conditions
By applying for a free getaway at our test glamping pods, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Applicants must be a member of The Camping and Caravanning Club at the time of entry and their stay date.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the UK.
- Only one application per membership is allowed.
- Not available to employees or immediate family members of The Camping and Caravanning Club.
- Members will receive a free 2 to 7 night stay glamping stay (for up to six people) in one of our pods at one of our participating locations: Alton, The Star or Nottingham Club Site.
- No pets allowed.
- Accommodation only is covered. Transportation, meals, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the member.
- In exchange for the free stay, participants agree to:
a. Stay at the selected glamping location on the agreed dates
b. Submit an honest review of their experience within 30 days of their stay - Reviews must be original, constructive, and written in good faith.
- By submitting a review, you grant The Camping and Caravanning Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and distribute your review for promotional or marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and other platforms.
- The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the stay due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or safety concerns.
- The free stay has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.
- The free stay is only valid for the dates and location agreed upon with the member.
- The Camping and Caravanning Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
