Tickets are now on sale for the Club’s celebration of air-cooled camping.
VW fans hoping to join the party at Eskdale Club Site when the Eskdale Dubfest meet returns in April 2016 are being urged to book early for the popular event.
First held in 2014, the meet offers VW owners and enthusiasts a weekend of camping in the heart of the Lake District with a full social programme of get-togethers and excursions to local attractions including La’al Ratty, the Ravenglass and Eskdale Steam Railway, and local pubs.
The event, which runs from 15 to 17 April 2016, is for all models of VW camper. Tickets cost £7.90 per night for adults and just £3.95 for children. An additional fee of £5.55 per pitch per night is payable by non-members. Electric hook-ups are available for an additional £4 per night. Pets are free and are very welcome.
Dubfest organiser and site Franchisee Martyn Merckel says: “Dubfest is the perfect excuse to give your VW its first run out and get ready for the season ahead. We’ve got five star facilities, three great pubs within walking distance and Scafell Pike just up the road.”
Book online or by calling Martyn on 01946 723253. Individual and club bookings are equally welcome. Clubs should book by phone.
