Previously known as Forest Holidays Caravanning and Camping, Camping in the Forest is the new name of the established partnership between the Forestry Commission and the Camping and Caravanning Club. It offers 16 secluded caravan and camping sites in some of the most beautiful woodland in the country, including 10 within the New Forest.

Camping in the Forest have two campsites with fishing opportunities in local lochs, rivers and lakes; Cashel, Cobleland and Glenmore in Scotland.
All of our campsites are pet friendly with the exception of Ashurst and Denny Wood as they are home to ground nesting birds.
