Owner Satisfaction Surveys
The Club conducted Owner Satisfaction Surveys into tents, caravans and motorhomes throughout 2016.
The surveys, sponsored by Club Care Insurance, invited feedback from Club members and campers, caravanners and motorhomers on camping units they’d bought, owned and used since January 2013.
Nearly 5000 owners fed back in great depth, and on 19 January 2017 attendees from across the tent, caravan and motorhome industries attended The Midland Hotel in Manchester for the first ever combined Tent, Caravan and Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards 2017. We’ve published the full results here, with satisfaction ratings for each brand and categories organised into satisfaction league tables.
It’s the second annual Tent Owner Satisfaction Survey and Awards, but the 2017 results represent the first time the Club has invited feedback on caravans and motorhomes. To do so, the Club joined forces with leading magazines Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome to produce the surveys and publish the results.
By celebrating the best tents, caravans and motorhomes on the market today, and highlighting areas for improvement, the Club aims to improve their overall quality and reliability.
The results will also help tent campers, caravanners and motorhomers make better informed choices when researching their next unit, and before parting with their hard-earned cash. We hope you find our reports are essential reading.
