Our campsite is beautifully located under the big skies of Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire’s coast and countryside is waiting to be explored from our pretty Woodhall Spa Club campsite located in the Fenlands area of the county. The site enjoys a quiet, rural setting near the Edwardian town of the same name and accommodates some 90 units. It is bordered by trees and offers some secluded pitches. There is a lake on site and you’re likely to share your pitch with a variety of wildlife including rabbits and wild birds such as woodpeckers and moorhens.

The Edwardian town of Woodhall Spa is within walking distance and offers several places to eat. The Cottage Museum tells the history of the local community and the Kinema in the woods – a unique two-screen cinema – is open seven days a week.

For sandy beaches head to the popular resort of Skegness and Chapel St Leonards, both brimming with activities to keep the whole family entertained. In contrast the peaceful Lincolnshire Wolds provide a landscape of rolling hills and gentle valleys, perfect for walking, cycling and wildlife watching. The market towns of Market Rasen, Louth, Horncastle and Spilsby provide a range of shops, eating places.

Air enthusiasts will enjoy the Battle of Britain Air Museum at RAF Coningsby and the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby. Other local attractions include Lincoln Castle and Tattershall Castle, a dramatic red brick tower managed by the National Trust.

Brilliant clean site under the trees. Great dog walks just outside the site. Kids loved the park over the little bridge with the ducks for company! Will definitely be back - thanks xx

Visited on the opening day of the 2016 season..

This review is for Woodhall Spa

Visited on the opening day of the 2016 season.. On arrival the barrier was not working properly; fixed the following day. No apparent heating in the toilet block, even at night. Only two showers available in men's block for the time of our stay. However, the site is well laid out and very peaceful if parked among the trees. The cost per night was less than for any of the four other sites closer to Woodhall Spa town, although they looked peaceful and well looked after and they were all busier over the weekend than the club site. Excellent cycling and walking opportunities. In all good and we would return to the area but could be better and probably needs to be to compete with the local competition.

We were made to feel very welcome and despite arriving late had a choice of pitches.

We were made to feel very welcome and despite arriving late had a choice of pitches. It is very obvious how much hard work is put into keeping the site up to scratch. Will definitely come here again. Thank you.
