Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.

Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.

The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.

The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.

A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.

The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our wishes and allowed us to pitch next to my family who had brought their caravan. We never had to queue for showers. Powerful and warm showers and lovely and warm shower/toilet block. Which was great this time of year with 2 young children. Although we did not use it, the family shower room in the summer block looked really good. Nice paths to wander for a walk and a lovely big park a short walk away from the site. Dog & Doublet pub offers discount on food. They were great, friendly and we had a lovely meal and a laugh with the locals! Very welcoming. Drayton Manor theme park and snow dome were just a short drive away. Overall a really lovely site and we would recommend and would return. Thank you to the staff!

A short hop from the NEC after the Caravan and Motorhome Show.

A short hop from the NEC after the Caravan and Motorhome Show. The site was understandably busy but we were warmly welcomed and shown to our pitch. We had booked through the central booking line which made everything really easy. The site offered everything we needed.

What a difference this site was compared to my previous.

What a difference this site was compared to my previous. Really manicured grasslands plenty of individual pitch space, the toilet / shower facilities were of the highest standard of cleanliness, warm underfloor heating bunches of flowers, it was a pleasure to be part of this better aspect of camping. The site team seem to go the extra mile to make your experience healthy and relaxing. Well stocked little shop with all the basic necessaties. We visited the local pub for a meal on the recommendations of reviews but found the meal to be Tail end of Sunday lunches piled onto a plate and I mean piled which unfortunately did not look appetising and tasted no better. Maybe a wrong choice of meals but the atmosphere in the pub was pleasing.

Our first time away with a caravan and it couldn't have gone better.

Our first time away with a caravan and it couldn't have gone better. The site receptionists were very pleasant and helpful showed us to a pitch we could drive straight onto, no reversing needed. we were there midweek and the site was quiet. lovel;y walks around the lakes. Even able to walk along the canal to a pub for a meal. Likeds it so much we went back the next week with our bikes for a couple more days. We will return.
