Overview

A small working farm, with on-site hosts, set amongst stunning scenery with very easy wide access from the main A59, midway between Skipton and Clitheroe. All grass pitches with electric hook ups, new heated shower, and toilet facilities, a chemical point and dish washing facilities. Pets welcome (please keep under close control). Places to dine locally are only a few miles away, all serving good quality local produce, David or Carol will be happy to give information and directions. The market town of Skipton is 8 miles east with its Castle and woodland walk, canal boat trips, high street markets, Aireville Park and indoor swimming pool. Skipton also has lots of Restaurants, pubs, and takeaways. The Yorkshire Dales are only 12 miles away, the famous Malham cove, Gordale scar, the Tarn, and Janets Foss waterfall with wonderful walks. To the west is Clitheroe 12 miles away. Clitheroe Castle is said to be the "smallest Norman castle in England " with Landscape gardens and children’s playground. Pendle Hill home of the witches can be seen from our site, starting at Barley 9 miles away, and many more attractions. We are certain you will enjoy your stay with us

This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family-friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example.
