Best for
Beach lovers, families, wildlife spotters, walkers, water sport enjoyers
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a campsite closer to the beach than picturesque Normans Bay Club Site. Directly adjacent to a long sand and shingle beach that makes up part of the gorgeous East Sussex coast, this campsite is perfect for couples looking for a quiet escape or families seeking a seaside holiday.
Sun, sea and sand
The stunning beachfront location makes Normans Bay ideal for walkers and wildlife spotters, with miles of beach in either direction and the chance to view seabirds and even seals at certain times of year. It has 200-level pitches, three amenity blocks, and other facilities such as washing machines and a children’s play area.
Harbours and history
After sandcastles and sunbathing on the beach, take a trip to either of the seaside towns of Eastbourne or Bexhill-on-Sea and enjoy the eclectic mix of attractions for all the family. Eastbourne’s Sovereign Harbour Waterfront is a great place for a bite to eat, while Bexhill is home to a museum covering the history of the area. That history can be further explored on the 1066 Way – a walking route that takes in Battle, Hastings and Pevensey Castle.
