Positioned on top of Beacon Hill, in the midst of Worcestershire's Clent Hills, is the unusual Toposcope Fort.

Reaching a summit of 298 metres (978ft) above sea level, the hill offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside including the distant city centre of Birmingham.

The fort house a toposcope disc engraved with the key features that can be seen from this lookout point.
