We hope you’ve enjoyed the last 12 months with us, although camping has been off the menu for part of 2020, hopefully you have been able to make some happy memories either at home or away.
This has of course been far from a normal year. For three months, our campsites were closed, leaving you unable to enjoy many of the benefits your membership brings. We promised that we’d extend your membership for 3-months to ensure you don't miss out on any value.
Why do I have to renew to receive my extension?
As our membership system works in advance to process renewals, we are only able to apply the extension automatically from October. All members who are due to renew up to the end of September won’t have their renewal date change this year. Once you have renewed, your extension will automatically be applied and your renewal date in 2021 will be 3-months later.
Because of our members, the Club has been around for over 100 years. As a not-for-profit organisation, we wanted to stress just how much your continued support would mean to the future of our Club. You are at the heart of everything we do, and we hope that we can continue to give you the best possible service and many more adventures for years to come.
This can only happen with your help and renewing your membership is a perfect way to do that.
Renewing is easy and should take no more than 5 minutes - just make sure you have your membership number and payment details to hand.
During the process you can also change your payment method, if you switch to Direct Debit , we’ll give you a £10 Club Sites voucher that can be used as payment or part-payment on any of our fantastic UK Club Sites in the next 18 months.

Please note: Digital membership is payable by Direct Debit only and you must supply us with a valid email address.
You'll be able to do everything online as described, but if you'd prefer to have your monthly magazine in print, and a copy of our campsite directory to keep in your glovebox, then this is the option for you.
As well as receiving a £10 Club Sites Voucher from us, switching to Direct Debit has many other advantages. Not only does it reduce time and admin for the Club which means that as a not-for-profit organisation, any savings are passed on to you, our members, but it gives you peace of mind and reassurance.
How to switch to Direct Debit:
- Click the below ‘Renew' button.
- Select your preferred membership type - either Digital Membership by Direct Debit or Paper Membership by Direct Debit.
- When asked about your payment method, you must select the Direct Debit option to be eligible for the voucher.
8 weeks after your renewal date, we’ll verify that you have switched your payment type, and send you a £10 Club Sites voucher through the post which can be used as payment or part-payment on our UK Club Sites. Please see terms and conditions below for further details.
You can also call our friendly Service Centre on 024 7647 5448 to renew and switch your payment type to Direct Debit.

Please note that SiteSeeker guides are published biennially and the next edition is due to be distributed to all paper members in early 2021.
If you’re switching to a paper membership and can’t wait until then, you can purchase the 2019-20 edition for £10.
