Walkers and hikers, outdoors lovers, photographers, wildlife watchers, active breaks

A hugely popular location with walkers and hikers, Hayfield Club Site is a gateway to the Dark Peak region of the Peak District National Park. This campsite puts you right in the heart of the great outdoors, surrounded by majestic hills and gently babbling streams – it’s a great escape from everyday life.

Equipped for the hills

Benefitting from modern facilities such as facilities block, small shop, and motorhome service point, this Club Site also has several camping pods available for hire as well as the usual grass and hardstanding pitches. Further amenities can be found in the village of Hayfield, which is just a short walk away.

Walking for all

You can walk out from the site and take on one of the Peak District’s most iconic walks up to its highest point Kinder Scout. This route begins from nearby Bowden Bridge car park and requires fairly strenuous effort. Easier walks can be found at nearby locations such as Ladybower Reservoir or Snake Woodland. In days between hiking, you could try visiting the family-friendly attractions around Castleton such as Blue John Cavern and Peveril Castle – the latter offers unrivalled views of the beautiful Hope Valley.

If an escape to the great outdoors has been calling your name, then the best way to answer could be booking a pitch at the stunning Hayfield Club Site.
