Standing proudly in the Highlands, Buachaille Etive Mor translates from Gaelic as "the great herdsman of Etive".

It is one of the most photographed mountains in Scotland because of its unusual pyramidal shape and picturesque landscape.

It attracts many mountaineers and scramblers and has been used as a location in films such as ‘Skyfall’ featuring actor Daniel Craig in his 3rd performance as James Bond. It is considered a great location to see the rare Golden Eagle.
