Sponsorship opportunities available for Club’s 2023 Torchlight Festival

Exciting sponsorship opportunities have been released for next year’s Torchlight Festival of Camping.

Torchlight is The Camping and Caravanning Club’s flagship annual event, which was successfully staged for the first time in August at Walesby Forest in Nottinghamshire. The 2023 festival will take place from 18-21 August at the same venue.

The member-only event features entertainment and live music from high profile acts and was a relaunched annual gathering that replaced the National Feast of Lanterns after a century of service to the Club.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for key areas of the 2023 festival, including The Quiet Bar, The Camping Fields and the Family Tipi and Funfair. Included in the sponsorship package is bespoke branded signage for the area of sponsorship, brand activation space within the main arena and a one-page advert in the event programme. All sponsors will be acknowledged across the Club’s social media, event emails and website channels. All supporting artwork is produced by the Club and features the sponsor’s logo.

Crowd-pleasers including Squeeze, Gabrielle and The Wurzels took to the festival’s main stage at this year’s event and further top-tier acts are currently being planned for the 2023 line-up.

We welcomed more than 4,500 people and we’ll be bringing even better entertainment to next year’s event, making Torchlight a permanent fixture on our members’ calendars.
