Top site for beaches
Explore the beauty of England's south coast from our campsite.
With cycling and walking trails in abundance, miles of sandy beaches, bustling towns, pretty chocolate box villages and a host of family attractions within a short distance our Chichester Club Campsite offers something for everyone.
Chichester is a small, welcoming campsite. Once an orchard it has a relaxing ambience and is an ideal setting for kicking back and relaxing after a hectic day exploring the area.
Head across the road on foot or two wheels to enjoy the paths to the coast and Chichester harbour. Or catch a bus from outside the site to Chichester (great for shopping), Bognor, Littlehampton and Brighton in one direction and Southampton and Portsmouth (with the Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Keys and the Historic Dockyard) in the other.
For a bucket and space day head to the Blue Flag beach at West Wittering where you’ll find sand dunes, sheltered waters and acres of space. East Head and Selsey too are great for lazy beach days.
Electric security barriers in operation. Please note there is no parking for visitors and, because of the narrow entrance road, there are no overnight parking facilities.
100% coverage cannot be guaranteed due to rural location, weather conditions and changing flora or fauna. These can cause variable signal strength. Hotspots are available. Prices.

We chose this site as it is close to friends who live in Emsworth. It is small with an island layout, next door to a GP surgery and a smashing pub less than five minutes walk, which does great food and is dog friendly. There's a bus stop close by and a busy far shop ten minutes walk away. The site is not far from Bosham, well worth a visit. The churchyard contains the grave of King Canute's daughter and there is a small selection of shops within one building. A word of caution, don't be tempted to park on the beach as, when the tide comes in it does so rapidly and goes past the last building leading onto the beach. Of course, this site is handy for Portsmouth and its historic dockyard, Chichester and Arundel, to mention a few other attractive places. For us, the one disadvantage is, if we wanted to stay later with our friends, there is only the lay-by across the road from the site to park the car. Not being willing to risk this, particularly with regard to it's insurance, we returned before eleven each night. We understand the need to keep the noise down on site at night and that there is no room for a small parking area adjacent. It is a wonderful site and this is just a minor inconvenience. We are looking forward to a return trip. Book early as it fills up quickly.
