Free Wi-Fi on Club Sites
The stay connected Club
Whether you want to share photos of your holiday, check the weather or browse for local attractions and events, you’ll be pleased to know that Wi-Fi is now free across the majority of Club Sites.
We have listened to your feedback and understand how important it is for you to stay connected during your stay. Our Site Wi-Fi network is owned by the Club and powered by Infinium, providing internet access from hotspots across the majority of Club Sites. The campsite team can advise where the hotspots are at each location.
Coverage and speed
Our Wi-Fi coverage typically extends 50-100 metres from the antenna. The speed of the connection is dependent upon the distance to the local exchange from the campsite and the number of users trying to access the service at the same time.
While Wi-Fi is free and available across multiple Club Sites, your experience of the speed and strength may differ due to our rural locations and also your neighbouring campers. For this reason, downloading television shows or films can sometimes be a struggle. If you like to watch programs while away, our advice is to download them at home and have them ready to watch when you're on site.
Wi-Fi Services
With the exception of the campsites mentioned below, all of our Club Sites have free Wi-Fi, making it a convenient way to stay in touch with friends and family and check travel information. Some of our locations offer independent Wi-Fi through different providers at an additional cost, so please visit the site reception to arrange access. These are:
- Hereford
- Charmouth
There are also 6 sites that do not offer Wi-Fi access which are, Crowden, Glencoe, Loch Ness Shores, Speyside by Craigellachie and West Runton.
