A day at leisure – you can pay a visit to San Marino by taking the bus directly from the campsite.
Depart San Marino and travel to Ancona (80 miles) to board the ferry that sails overnight to Patras, Greece.

Arrive in Patras in the morning. Travel a short distance to the campsite (13 miles). Enjoy an evening meal and drink on site.

Travel to Olympia (59 miles) which is the birthplace of the Olympic Games and home of Zeus' sacred temple. 3 nights at Olympia campsite.
A day excursion, by local taxis, to Olympia and the Temple of Zeus with a guide. Find out about the history of the Gods of ancient Greece.
A day at leisure to relax on site or perhaps you may wish to venture back to Olympia for more time to explore? Enjoy an evening meal and drink on site.
Travel to Mystras, the southernmost point on the tour where you will find the ruins of libraries, Byzantine churches and palaces (107 miles).
3 nights at Mystras campsite.
Today there is a coach excursion with a guide to Monemvasia, known as the Greek Gibraltar and Gythio, famous for its delicious seafood and pastel coloured buildings.
A day at leisure. Take the chance to visit Mystras and the excavations. Enjoy a group meal on site and drink on site in the evening.
Travel to Asini (85 miles).
4 nights at Asini campsite.
A day at leisure to relax on the beach soaking up the late summer sun, or you could explore the local towns.
A coach excursion with a guide to Mycenae to discover the ancient ruins and the stunning Epidaurus Amphitheatre. There will be free time for you to wander in the old town at Nafplio, one of Greece’s prettiest towns.
A boat trip to the Island of Hydra to enjoy the ports, restaurants, shops, markets and galleries, depending on the sailing schedule there may also be a chance to stop at the island of Spetses and find out about the history of the first Laskarina Bouboulina, a nineteenth century female Navy Admiral.
Travel to Athens (101 miles). Classical Athens was a powerful city-state. A centre for Philosophy, home of Plato’s Academy and Aristotle’s Lyceum.

Enjoy a coach excursion and tour of Athens with a guide to show you the highlights including the Acropolis, Piraeus port, Plaka and Parthenon with lunch and a drink in an Athens restaurant.
Enjoy a day at leisure, take the time to relax on site or catch the bus from outside the site to see more of Athens. There will be a group meal and drink on site in the evening.
Travel to Delphi (99 miles) the spiritual home of Classical Greece, home of the oracle and a major place of worship to the god Apollo.
3 nights at Delphi campsite.
A coach excursion into Delphi for a guided tour, taking in the 4th century Temple of Apollo.
A day at leisure, why not visit the Byzantine monastery at Loukas or relax and admire the stunning views from the campsite pool? There will be a group meal and drink in the site restaurant in the evening.
Travel to Volos (139 miles) where it is time to relax on the beach. At the innermost point of the Pagasetic Gulf and at the foot of Mount Pelion, Volos is the only outlet towards the sea from Thessaly, the country’s largest agricultural region.
5 nights at Volos campsite.
Enjoy a guided coach excursion around the Pelion Peninsula, where you can admire the fantastic sea views.
Days 23 - 25
Three days at leisure. Time to relax on the beach at Volos or explore the local area. There will be a group meal and drink on site on one of the evenings.
Travel to Kastraki (102 miles) passing through Kalambaka, home of the Meteora Monasteries.
3 nights at Kastraki campsite.
A day coach excursion to visit some of the Meteora Monasteries, one of the largest and most important complexes of Eastern Orthodox Monasteries in Greece.
A day at lesiure to relax on site or perhaps visit some of the other Monasteries. Enjoy an evening group meal and drink on site.
Travel to Igoumenitsa (112 miles) and take the local short ferry to the holiday island of Corfu, travelling the short distance to the campsite (9 miles).
5 nights at Corfu campsite.
A day at leisure to relax and enjoy the sun.
A coach excursion to see some of the highlights of Corfu, including the Achillion Palace built in 1892 and Villa Mon Repos where the Duke of Edinburgh was born.
A boat trip across to Albania for a guided group excursion by coach with lunch included. You will visit Gjrokaster whose old town is a UNESCO protected site.
A day at leisure to relax and enjoy the sun.There will be a farewell meal and drink in the evening at the campsite restaurant.
Travel on the local ferry to Igoumenitsa in the morning and travel the short distance to the campsite (5 miles). Enjoy an afternoon at leisure before an evening group meal and drink on site.

Depart the site in the evening to make the short drive to the port to take the overnight ferry to Ancona.
