Those looking for somewhere more traditional to visit, needn’t look any further than Sandown Beach.
This is one of the most popular tourist attractions on the Isle of Wight, drawing families from far and wide. Aside from the gorgeous sandy beach and the souvenir shops and cafés found along the promenade, you can while away the hours in the amusements and crazy golf pitch located on the famous Sandown Pleasure Pier. Dogs are not allowed during the period of 1st May and 30th September due to the popularity of the beach and car parking is positioned right next to the seafront itself.
