Donna Nook Nature Reserve
The Donna Nook Nature Reserve is ideal for wildlife lovers, especially those who wish to learn more about Grey Arctic Seals.
Typically towards the end of year, this is a birthing ground for hundreds of young pups, which the general public can watch from a safe distance. For this reason, dogs are not allowed in the reserve. A mixture of sandy beaches, dunes and lagoons run for six miles in total and a catering van offers a place to buy hot food and drinks. There are no toilets nearby but drivers will find a car park within walking distance.
