Featured Event: Sandringham Club Site
30th May - 2pm
Join us at our campsite in the grounds of the Sandringham Royal Estate itself for a Jubilee afternoon tea party.
• Enjoy live entertainment including music from Temple, an acoustic band playing funk, soul, Motown, RNB, rock, pop, garage and indie
• Design your own celebration afternoon tea and bring it to the party, the more imaginative the entry the better. The Club’s Eat Local Ambassador Ali Ray will be judging the competition and handing out prizes
• Camping with Kids interactive activity session with Simon McGrath
• Free arts and crafts with Lia from Umbrella Parties

There's plenty happening on site Saturday 4th June to celebrate the Jubilee! There will be a best-dressed unit competition on Saturday morning - jubilee themed of course.
From 1pm the afternoon tea party starts, bring along your own royal-themed treats.
There will be a pig roast and bar on site in the evening, starting from 6.30pm.

The site team will be hosting afternoon tea by the lake on both Monday and Saturday. Bring your own sandwiches cake and anything else that you fancy to eat and drink as well as your table and chairs to enjoy a 1952 themed afternoon with the other campers overlooking the stunning Horsley Lake with music and laughter.

Ellwood Football Club is two miles from of Coleford and Bream and features a lovely flat field bordered by trees with walks directly into the forest. There are great facilities on offer in and around the club house with its bar, skittle alley, showers, toilets, and some electric pitches available. This is a great area for those who like walking or cycling and our friendly stewards will have information on – Dean/Wye film trail, Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Myths and Legends, 12 easy walks around the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. Planned activities include skittles and quiz evenings, live singer Jon Paul Cook on 4th June and an afternoon tea/street party on Sunday 5th, weather permitting.

Home Counties Folk Dance and Song Group Platinum Jubilee Weekend

Come and join us as we decorate our units in red, white and blue, make a table decoration and enjoy games on the field. We will be sharing a Jubilee tea with a display of souvenirs of the Coronation and past Jubilees, and/or a picture of ourselves at the time! Red, white and blue or fifties costumes would be apt.
Our Ascot afternoon with horse racing, a picnic, cake and fizz would be enhanced with a posh outfit! Plus, there will be two evenings of folk dances and music and an evening of curling and a beetle drive.
In the neighbourhood you can walk or cycle in woods and heath; visit Sutton Hoo and Woodbridge or go to the coast.
