Club Announces Release of 2013 Bookings

As the dark nights draw in, give yourself something to look forward to and book your 2013 holiday with The Camping and Caravanning Club.

Club members can book their 2013 pitches online via the Club’s website ( from midnight on Tuesday, November 6.

And if you’re away from the computer, there’s always the opportunity to call the Club’s Contact Centre later in the morning as it opens for bookings at 8am (call; 0845 130 7633 or 024 7647 5426).

Non-members, meanwhile, can book from Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

The Club has 109 Club Sites, each located in some of Britain’s most picturesque areas and offer many outdoor activities including; walking, cycling and watersports.

If you’ve not packed your units away yet, there’s still time to book your perfect pitch for the festive season. Twenty-four Club Sites are open to campers over Christmas and New Year from just £9.35 per night (per adult on a standard pitch).

The Club has already seen a 25 per cent increase in bookings for the festive period compared to the same time in 2011 as campers look to enjoy an inexpensive winter holiday

Bob Hill, the Club’s Sites Director, said: “Meeting and exceeding our members’ expectations is a priority for the Club - we have always opened our booking lines early allowing our members to plan their camping holidays in advance.

“Camping is an activity that can be enjoyed all year round, so we’re delighted to be able to offer winter camping for those that enjoy it – and if not, give holidaymakers the opportunity to look forward to warmer weather by booking their camping holiday early.
