The Camping and Caravanning Club has started the New Years celebrations by strengthening its PR and Promotions team.

In order to give members - and the wider industry audience with - focussed services and information, the Club’s Public Relations department has been re-structured and the subsequent re-organisation has led to the recruitment of Dawn Henton as PR and Promotions Executive.  Dawn will be working alongside existing PR Officer Ruth Walmsley, who has actively promoted the camping, caravanning and motor caravanning lifestyle with the Club for four years.   

Simmie Korotane, Acting Promotions and Public Relations Manager, said “The recruitment of a new PR and Promotions Executive means that we can further strengthen our links with the industry.  We are pleased to welcome Dawn to the team, and thank Ruth for her support whilst this position was being created.”

Matthew Eastlake, Director of Marketing and Communications said “The Club is moving from strength to strength with PR and Marketing.  These changes mean that we can continue to give our members relevant information and communications. Our aim is to encourage more people to share the adventure of the outdoors with us in 2007.”
