Here at Camping Club Youth, there is tons of stuff you can get involved in. From local meets to a wide variety of your favourite sports, find out some of activities you can get involved in.
Team sports are one of the best ways to stay active, build confidence and make friends. you can compete in some of your favourite sports at youth meets, or if you’re feeling adventurous, try out something new!
Fancy yourself the next Lionel Messi or want to try something new? Whatever your age or ability, there is a type of football suitable for you with CCY. Lots of people like football, some more passionately than others. That’s why we want you to be able to show off what you can do on the pitch by competing for your Region at one of our Rallies or just enjoy having a kick about with your mates. It’s a great way for you to practice your footy skills and bring football home!
Did you know that netball was created in the UK? It was devised in England over 100 years ago and now over 20 million people play it across the world. Playing netball with CCY is a great way to make new friends and work as a team to bag yourself a trophy at the National Youth Rally.
Playing volleyball is one of the best ways to keep active and it’s so much fun to play, especially in small teams with some of your best friends. The National Youth Rally volleyball competition is easily one of the best events of the year. It’s great fun whether you compete or just watch from the side lines.
Whether you’re a regular on the slopes or just looking to give it a go, there’s a lot of fun things to try at the CCY Winter Meet. From skiing and snowboarding to a simple downhill sledging race, the Winter Meet can’t guarantee snow but it’s always a weekend full of laughs with friends.
If you feel like skiing or snowboarding is something you want to give a go, then attending the Winter Meet may be a way for you to learn the basics or improve your technique.
All CCY activities differ by region, so if you would like to get involved with any of them speak to your Youth Leader or Regional Youth Liaison Officer.
